Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the App, including pages visited, features used, booking history, and the dates and times of your activities.
Payment Data: Payment information is processed securely by our payment service provider (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Swiss data protection law:
- Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide our services and fulfill bookings you have requested.
- Consent: For location data, marketing communications, and optional features where we have obtained your explicit consent.

Our App is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately at support@sermocut.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
